A new cycle. Welcome to this blog.
Good bye 2021. What a year you were!
It started with a cyclical awareness course and a 2-month #takeCare residency from the Fonds Daku dealing with “cyclical nature of the feminine”. These themes completely dominated the whole year and transformed my perception of myself as a woman dancer and artist. Then I got a wonderful support of Distance-SOLO program for making this wonderful webpage – thanks! Then we (twOne Company) finally managed to play Temporary Illusions again in Biel (Ch) which reminded me how meaningful and special that work was. Moreover, there was an incredible production of Silent Cosmonauts+Lea Kieffer “19 to the dozen” which consolidated our work as a sparkly team of extremely diverse individuals, riding a wave of delicate poetry, mysticism and sci-fi-let’s-go-bananas state of mind. This brought me such a deep pleasure. Then there was a 2-week residency in Studio Pro-Arte as a part of Baden-Würtenberg Corona stipend for artists which I was lucky to receive in order to prepare grant applications for 2022. And finally there was Apapachar – a mixed-able project which opened my heart and perception for the delicious differences between humans. Such a gift!
Hallo 2022. You look great!
Many good news. 2 stage pieces to come: “red moon” in June (twOne Company) and “junctions” in December (Silent Cosmonauts)! Thank you so much for support Kulturamt Freiburg and LAFT BW! We will play Temporary Illusions in Freiburg at the end of January (thanks to Wiederaufnahme Förderung, Fonds Daku and LAFT BW) and hopefully in other cities in Germany/Europe too. Premiere of Apapachar is on 27th February – Im very excited. Feb-April I will continue deepening my cyclical awareness and share my knowledge with the community as a part of Research Scholarship (Fonds Daku) and Baden-Würtenberg Corona stipend for artists. The year got pretty full. Stay tuned as there will be plenty exciting news!
Happy new year and happy reading. Welcome to this blog!
